Technology Help Ticket

To submit a technology ticket, please send an email to mcs.support@mason.kyschools.us.

 

In the subject line, please name the device with the issue.  (Examples:  computer, phone, projector, copier/printer, document camera, sound system, etc.)

 

In the message, please include the following:

~manufacturer (HP, Dell, Mac, Casio, Epson, etc.).

~site (building name and room number).

~issue (describe the device's issue).
